Brookfield Early Childhood Centre endeavours to maintain fees at a manageable level for all families enrolled at our Service. Fees are used primarily to maintain our high educator to child ratios, maintain and continually professionally develop the skills of our high quality educators and to upgrade facilities and resources, to ensure that our Service is able to provide the highest possible quality of care and an extensive range of resources to aid the development and growth of children enrolled.
Fees are payable two weeks in advance and statements are printed or emailed monthly. Your account will be placed in your child's "pocket" in the appropriate room.
Depending on your circumstances, you may be entitled to Child Care Benefit (CCB). You can apply for CCB in person or online through Centrelink. To apply online, visit the Department of Human Services website. They will process your application and assess your eligibility for CCB.
Brookfield Early Childhood Centre is an approved kindergarten program provider under the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme. QKFS Plus Kindy Support provides low or no-cost kindy to eligible families. The subsidy is provided directly to Brookfield Early Childhood Centre to reduce your out of pocket expenses. You will be eligible if you:

Brookfield Early Childhood Centre requires a security deposit at the time of confirmation of your child’s enrolment. The security deposit is equal to two weeks fees, and is due when the completed enrolment forms are provided to the Service. This security deposit is fully refundable when your child’s enrolment ceases. The security deposit will not be used in lieu of unpaid fees, however you may wish to use your security deposit in lieu of 2 weeks written notice or as your final two weeks fees when enrolment ceases. In all other cases your security deposit will be refunded by cheque and sent to your mailing address.
